This grilled chicken is fantastic! The chipotle brings the heat and smokiness to this dish. We love how the beer helps tenderize the chicken and makes it super moist. Number Of Ingredients 12

24 chicken thighs
1-2 can(s) chipotle in adobo (puree in food processor)
10 limes; juiced
1/3 c minced garlic
3 12oz. bottle beer
1 c agave nectar
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/4 c kosher salt
1 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1/4 c granulated onion powder
2 yellow onions; quartered
1/2 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Marinate chicken in all ingredients 24-48 hours.
  • 2. Grill on indirect heat until done. Baste with marinade.
  • 3. For the last 5 minutes cook over direct heat to caramelize.
