Steps:
- Saute the chicken breasts, onion, and garlic in the oil on medium high heat.
- Once the chicken is no longer pink, add the coca cola, chipotle chiles and salt.
- Mix thoroughly and cover.
- Cook on medium for 20 minutes stirring often.
- I serve this with beans, rice, and sourcream. Enjoy!
