2 sparerib racks
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350*.
  • Cut ribs into individual ribs and arrange in a baking pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Mix sauce ingredients.
  • Brush on ribs.
  • Bake for 30 more minutes.
  • Turn the ribs; brush with more sauce.
  • Bake 30 more minutes.
