Chinese Noodle Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 can Mushroom Soup
1 can Milk
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
5 ounces Water Chestnuts - Sliced
3/4 cup Celery - Chopped
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 cups White Rice - Cooked
2 cups Chicken Breast- Cooked - Diced

Steps:

  • Heat soup and milk over medium heat.
  • Add Cheese and Seasoning, stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  • Add Rice, Chicken, Water Chestnuts and Celery to mixture and remove from heat.
  • Place in an oven safe baking dish and Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
