Chinese Mustard Vinaigrette image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 piece Egg Yolk
2 teaspoons Dry Chinese Mustard (Colemans can substitute)
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Light Sesame Oil
3 tablespoon Peanut Oil
to taste Salt (to taste)
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
1 1/2 tablespoon Honey

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and wisk (blend in blender) until smooth
  • Refrigerate
