Chili-Lime Cashews image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups Cashews
1 tablespoon EVOO
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika, smoked
1 piece Lime, juice and zest
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
1 pinch Salt

Steps:

  • Cook cashews in EVOO with chili powder and paprika, until toasted, about 5 minutes
  • Stir in lime juice and zest.
  • Add Cilantro and salt to taste.
