CHILI DOG SAUCE image

Yield 8-10 dogs

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb lean ground beef
1 c water
1 sm onion, diced fine
1 c ketchup
1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • Brown beef and drain thoroughly. Add onions and cook until golden. Add remaining ingredients, except water. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Gradually add water to desired consistency, stirring well.
