Yield Makes 4 servings, one sandwich each.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 bolillos, partially split
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1 lb. beef sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 pieces
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
2 cups cut-up fresh green beans (1-inch lengths)
1 onion, sliced
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices

Steps:

  • Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside. Season meat with pepper. Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat. Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Fill rolls with meat, bean mixture and tomatoes.
