CHICKEN WITH STUFFING & MUSHROOM SOUR CREAM SAUCE

Chicken with stuffing & mushroom sour cream sauce image

This is one of my family's favorite recipes. It is very easy and delicious. NEVER any leftovers!

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 box(es) stuffing mix, chicken
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • Make stuffing as box directs. Place chicken in baking dish, season to taste. Mix soup & sour cream on stove until well combined. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Place stuffing mix on top of chicken & soup mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
