Chicken Tenders with Panko breadcrumbs image

This is one of our favorite fast dinners. Very easy to make and very tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 boneless chicken tenders
2-4 Tbsp montreal chicken seasoning
1 egg mixed w/ 1/2 c skim or 1% milk
1 c panko bread crumbs mixed w/ dried rosemary, crumbled between your palms.

Steps:

  • 1. Place Chicken tenders in egg wash. Remove from wash and sprinkle chicken seasoning all over. Dip into Panko crumbs mixed with dried rosemary.
  • 2. Heat a large skillet with 2 TBL olive oil. When heated, place chicken tenders in skillet and cook 5 minutes per side or until juices are no longer pink. Remove from skillet and enjoy!
