Chicken & Stuffing Casserole-Annette's image

Some of your favorites all mixed up in one easy casserole. It's a one pot meal and doesn't get much easier. Clean up is a cinch. Try this home style meal the next time you're craving Chicken and Stuffing.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 bag(s) 16oz. frozen mixed veggies
2 cup(s) chicken, cooked and cubed
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
1 can(s) 10 3/4oz. cream of chicken soup
1 package(s) 6oz. chicken stuffing mix (made according to package)
- salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a bowl, thaw the vegetables in the microwave on defrost.
  • Add chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and chicken to the vegetables. Mix gently. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan.
  • Top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
