2 qts water
1 qt chicken broth
1 white onion chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients above in a large soup pot Simmer uncovered for 1.5 hyr, stir in 1 to 1.5 cups finely shredded cooked chicken meat 1 c. chopped celery 8 ozs shredded carrots
