Steps:
- Cut chicken into large pieces. Cut tortillas into 1-inch strips. Mix soups, milk, onion, and chiles. Add 3 tablespoons water to mixture. Place 1/2 of cut tortilla strips into bottom of a 9x13-inch greased baking dish, then layer 1/2 of chicken pieces, then 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat. Top with cheese. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 15 minutes.
