I never met a schnitzel that I didn't like. Chicken Schnitzel with Mustard Cream Sauce is no exception. It's truly outstanding!

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
