CHICKEN SALAD (PAULA DEEN) image

7.5 lbs diced cooked chicken
3 3/4 rib minced celery
1 c chopped basil leaves
1 c slivered almonds
1 3/4 c sour cream
1 3/4 c light mayo
5 2/3 tsp lemon juice
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, basil & almonds. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to chicken mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover & chill.
