- In a small pan on low heat, roast almonds until lightly browned (2 minutes). Take off heat and set aside.
- Put lettuce, chicken, and dried cranberries in a bowl. Add desired amount of dressing and toss well. Mix until everything is evenly dispersed.
- Add almonds and serve.
