This has been a family favorite since I was a kid. My Mom always made this and I love it just as much now as I did then!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. In a large saucepan add the milk and mushroom soup, heat on low heat, stir continously, turn off when starts to steam; remove from burner
- 3. Add the chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 the can of french fried onions. Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and remaining 1/2 can of french fried onions on top.
- 5. Bake uncovered 40 min.
