Chicken-Pineapple Stir-Fry with Rice image

2 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 cup cut-up fresh pineapple (3/4-inch pieces)
2 tsp. minced gingerroot
2 tsp. thinly sliced Thai red chiles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 6 min. or until lightly browned.
  • Add pineapple; stir-fry 2 min. Add ginger, chiles and garlic; stir-fry 1 min. Add dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 min.
  • Serve over the rice.
