This chicken pastel recipe is so loved by my kids & some family members because of its creamy taste.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter or margarine. Suaté minced garlic & onions when butter or margarine is completely melted.
- 2. Add chicken. When chicken is no longer pink in color, add water.
- 3. Add chicken knorr cubes. Season w/ salt & pepper. Simmer until the chicken becomes tender.
- 4. Half way through cooking the chicken add chorizo de bilbao. Simmer.
- 5. When chicken is done, add potatoes, carrots, sausage, & mushrooms. Mix until well blended. Simmer.
- 6. When potatoes, carrots, sausage, mushrooms are done, add evaporated milk & grated cheese. Mix thoroughly do not cover. Check seasoning according to taste.
- 7. Lastly, add the flour diluted w/ water a little at a time. Mix thoroughly, allow to simmer again. Serve hot. ENJOY COOKING:-)
