Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375.
- 2. Mix chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, onion and lemon juice in 9x13\" dish. (Optional: Add 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs.)
- 3. Bake 30 minutes.
- 4. Meanwhile, melt margarine in saucepan.
- 5. Stir in cornflake crumbs and almonds.
- 6. Spread topping on casserole.
- 7. Bake another 15 minutes.
