My mom has always enjoyed chicken livers....I need a little help to be able to eat them. This elevates them a bit and makes them look pretty!

Steps:
- 1. Saute livers in butter and oil in a medium skillet 8 to 10 minutes or until livers are tender.
- 2. Add shallots and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the tomato and the next 3 ingredients; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
