Chicken La France image

This is a great recipe for guests. And its so easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 10

16 ounce(s) pineapple slices save the juice
- salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
- to thicken roux (equal parts flour and margarine)
3 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
4 - pieces chicken breasts boned and pounded

Steps:

  • Brown chicken and garlic in butter. In a second saute pan simmer mushrooms, sour cream,pineapple juice, salt and pepper, add chicken stock for flavor. Add roux to thicken, pour sauce over chicken. Add the slice pineapple on top.Serve hot. ENJOY
