CHICKEN IN CREAMY PAN SAUCE image

4 boneless chicken breasts (we only had 2 and it worked fine)
2 TBSP flour
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp garlic, crushed
3/4 cup chicken broth
4 oz fat free cream cheese (1/2 8 oz package)
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • 1.Coat chicken with flour. 1.) Heat the garlic and oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the chicken and cook it thoroughly. Remove the chicken and place to the side. Remove the chicken and place to the side. Keep the drippings in the pan! 3.) 1.Return the chicken to the skillet and turn over in the sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated back up. Sprinkle with parsley to finish!
