- Poach chicken breasts in a little white wine and tarragon in microwave until no pink color remains. When cool, cut into bite sized pieces. Cut up broccoli into bite sized pieces, florets only, and parboil for 2 minutes and drain thoroughly. Mix soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry until thoroughly blended and smooth. Layer broccoli and then chicken in 13" x 9" x 3" pan, then spread sauce over the top and top with seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for about 30 minutes until bubbly.
