Steps:
- Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, jalapeno, oregano, seasoned salt, and cumin. Pour half of the marinade into another bowl.
- add chicken strips to 1 bowl of marinade. Add pepper strips and onion to the other bowl. Cover and marinade at room temp or in the frig for 2-24 hrs
- Wrap tortillas in a stack in foil, heat at 350 for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, drain veges and chicken. Add olive oil to skillet; cook and stir veges about 3 min or till crisp and tender
- Remove eges; set aside. Stir chicken, half at a time, over high heat till no longer pink. Return all veges and cchicken to skillet; heat through
