Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Place chicken and broccoli into a casserole dish.
- Mix soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Place cheese on top. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top.
- Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve over rice.
