Number Of Ingredients 12

6 Pieces of Chicken
1/3 Cup of Seasoned Flour (salt and pepper)
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
2 1/2 TBS Grated Onion
1 tsp of Salt
Dash Pepper
1 TBS Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Celery Flakes or 1/2 Cup of Celery
1/8 tsp Thyme
1 1/3 Cup Water
1 1/3 Cup Rice

Steps:

  • 1. Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in butter. 2. Remove chicken from pan and stir all other ingredients together, except rice. 3. Bring to a boil, stirring and cooking until texture is smooth. 4. Place rice in 1 3/4 Qt casserole dish. 5. Stir gravy over rice, saving 1/3 to 1/2 cup. 6. Place chicken on top of rice. 7. Pour saved gravy over chicken. 8. Cover and cook @ 375 for 30 minutes.
