CHICKEN CHALUPA image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 whole chicken (cooked and cubed)
20 flour tortillas
3/4 lb. Jack cheese and 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese grated and mixed together
1 bunch green onions and tops (chopped)
1 can chopped ripe olives
7 oz. diced green chiles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
a pint sour cream

Steps:

  • Set aside about 1 cup cheese. Combine cheese, onions, olives, chiles, soup and sour cream. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture. Add chicken to remaider. Place about 3 tbsp. mixture on each tortilla. Roll and place in greased 9 x 13 shallow pan. Spread cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
