Steps:
- Prep. for burgers: -Place all ingredients in bowl and shape into burgers. Grill burgers until brown, about 6 min. Turn over, spread spoonful of mango relish over each burger. Cook another 4-6min. until fully cooked. Place burgers on buns, add more relish. Prep for relish: Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 2min. till they soften. Add mango, cumin, oregano, cilantro, orange juice concentrate and lime juice. Slow simmer, cook until most of the liquid evaporates (apprx. 15min) let cool. Blend in food processor.
