Steps:
- Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil with garlic and rosemary for 2 hr. Cut the zucchini into spaghetti strings. Dice the onion, black olives, tomatoes. Chop garlic Sauté the chicken breast until done meanwhile saute the onions in the butter and garlic until translucent then add the olives, tomatoes and capers in another pan. Deglaze the pan with the sherry and add the zucchini and the other vegetables to the pan and stir just to warm the zucchini. Plate the food and sprinkle the cheese on and serve.
