Steps:

Sauce Cut green onions into rings right down to the white part of green onion. Sliver ginger root. Heat oil in medium/high heat and toss in slivered ginger and green onions and switch heat off. Pour ginger and green onion sauce after cooling into mortal and pestle and mash. Transfer into a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
