CHICKEN & BISQUICK image

2 cooked & shredded chicken breast
2 cups milk
2 cups Bisquick
Frozen corn
1 & 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 chicken bullion cubes crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Spray 9x13 baking dish with butter spray. Layer 1: chicken with black pepper & corn. Do not stir. Layer 2: In a small bowl mix Bisquick & milk, Pour over all the chicken. Do not mix. Layer 3: In a medium bowl whisk together chicken broth, bullion and soup. Once blended slowly pour over Bisquick layer. Do not mix. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden on top.
