Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package(s) boneless chicken
2 cup(s) ranch dressing
2 cup(s) flour
dash(es) salt pepper and paprika season to your liking
12 small 12 small or large red poatoes
9 tablespoon(s) flour
6 - 10 dash(es) butter or margerine
6-10 dash(es) salt and pepper or more to your liking

Steps:

  • Cut off excess fat from the chicken breasts. Wash chicken in cold water
  • Season chicken to your liking. ( you can use other seasonings too.
  • Place chicken in bread crumbs then in ranch dressing. I didn't have any so I used flour.
  • Spray cooking spray in a baking dish. Place the battered chicken in the baking dish once finished preheat oven to 3:75 for an 1:15 mins. I only cooked my chicken for an hour and 6 mins.
  • While the chicken is cooking you can prepare the potatoes or if you would like you can prepare the potatoes first then the chicken.
  • Wash the potoes and cut into circle pieces spray casserole dish with Pam cooking spray or you can use butter or margerine.
  • Once the potatoes are all cut up place in casserole dish. Add in layers first add potatoes then sprinkle with salt pepper butter and flour and cheese do this in layers. Also add 3/4 of milk. To the casserole dish
  • Once finished place in oven on 3:75 for 1 hour.
  • If the chicken is cooking first u can place the potatoes in the oven with the chicken since they both are on the same tempature. But make sure the potatoes come out first before the chicken. Once both are finished mix both in one dish.
