1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ cup chopped pineapple

Steps:

  • Blend coconut water, pineapple juice, and chia seeds together in a blender. Set mixture aside until chia seeds expand, about 30 minutes. Top mixture with chopped pineapple to serve.
