Yield 3 doz cookies

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c choppe pecans
18 candied cherries.

Steps:

  • Cream together butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients in the order given. Form into 36 small balls. Top each ball with 1/2 candied cherry. Bake at 300 deg for 20 min.
