About 11 years ago I went to a "Weight Watchers" meeting and someone gave me this recipe. I just found it last week and decided to make it. It is awesome..you don't have to be on a diet to enjoy this. It is only about 2 points per 1/2 cup serving.

Steps:
- 1. Boil pineapple juice...dissolve jello in it. Add pie filling & diet coke. Refridgerate for about 20-30 minutes till it starts to jell. Add drained pineapple. Put back into fridge. Ready to eat in about 2 hours.
- 2. You may top with "Lite" Cool Whip. This is soooo good.
