Cherry-Applesauce Gelatin Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (6-ounce) package cherry jello
1 (16-ounce) can applesauce
orange rind Grated
1 cup orange juice concentrate
12 ounces citrus-flavored carbonated drinks
mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Mix gelatin and applesauce in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring, until gelatin dissolves. Stir in orange rind, juice, and carbonated drink. Pour into a 1-quart mold and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with mayonnaise.
