Cherries Jubilee is a sweet, tasty and delightful dessert recipe that is so quick and easy to make. This elegant dish is a classy way to finish a meal!

20 large sweet cherries such as bing, washed, pitted and halved
1/4 c cherry brandy
1 Tbsp raw sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. In a small saucepan on low heat, add cherry brandy and keep it warm - don't let it simmer.

  • 3. Add cherries to the cornstarch mixture, stir to coat and warm them up, about 3 minutes. Pour in the warm brandy. Either flambĂ© it for 15 seconds or cook for about 45 to 60 seconds. Remove from the heat and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
