CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups chopped potatoes or 1 32-ounce frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 gallon (64 ounces) homemade chicken broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
4 tablespoons parsley flakes
4 chicken bouillion cubes
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
2 lbs Velveeta cheese
3 cups milk

Steps:

  • Adjust seasoning as desired. Boil all vegetables 15 minutes. Add 3 cups milk, mix well, and add Velveeta, stirring until melted. Use double boiler type plan when adding cheese.
