Cheesy Tuna Casserole image

The texture and taste of this casserole is deliciously rich and delicate.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb box macaroni
1/2 c velvetta cheese
1 c sharp cheddar
1/2 c cream cheese
1/2 c ricottta cheese
1 c spinach
4 can(s) tuna
1 c milk
1/4 c onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare pasta according to package directions, set aside. Drain water from macaroni and lightly toss in margarine.
  • 2. Add onions, garlic, spinach, cooked pasta and tuna, mixing gently to combine. Spoon the tuna mixture into a 2 quart ovenproof casserole dish and top with the cheeses and milk. Bake for 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
