Condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream give this cheesy potato casserole its supremely creamy appeal.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
20 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix soup, sour cream and seasonings in large bowl. Stir in potatoes and cheese.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • Bake 50 min. or until heated through.
