Cheesy Reuben Appetizer image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.), divided
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
4 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup well-drained sauerkraut
Rye crackers or pretzels

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Swiss cheese, dressing & corned beef.
  • Spread in 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Top with sauerkraut and remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly around edge. Serve hot with crackers or pretzels.
