Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole | Hidden Valley® Ranch image

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. 2. Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated. 3. Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until crisp and golden. 4. Serve warm.

3 cups sour cream
1 1-oz. package Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
½ cup sliced scallions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
28 oz. shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen
