Ingredients

1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, drained
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
17 pimento-stuffed green olives, each cut into 3 slices

Steps:

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix all ingredients except olives; shape into 50 (1-inch) balls.
Press 1 olive slice into top of each ball, leaving just top of olive exposed, to resemble eyeball. Place, olive sides up, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned.
