Cheesy Chicken and Biscuits image

VELVEETA and bacon lend a cheesy, smoky appeal to this 40-minute recipe for chicken and biscuits.

3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup milk
1-3/4 cups baking mix
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine chicken, vegetables and VELVEETA in large bowl. Mix soup and sour cream until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Add milk to baking mix; stir to form soft dough. Add bacon; mix well. Drop into 8 mounds over chicken mixture.
  • Bake 23 to 25 min. or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbly, and biscuit topping is golden brown.
