Cheesy Broccoli Casserole with Bacon-Crumb Topping image

Baked in a cheesy sauce and topped with a bacon-and-cracker-crumb crust, this broccoli casserole could very well become your new favorite side dish.

1/2 lb. 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup milk
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
3 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets (8 cups), thawed, drained
18 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk in saucepan on low heat 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings. Cool.
  • Pour VELVEETA sauce over broccoli in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; stir until evenly coated. Bake 15 min.; stir.
  • Crumble bacon; toss with reserved drippings and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
