1 1/2 cups milk
1 pound mexican Velveeta, cubed
1 (15-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

Steps:

  • In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until cheese is melted and soup is blended and hot, 7-10 minutes.
