1/2 lb. strozzapreti pasta, uncooked
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk
1-1/3 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add shredded cheese, mustard and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Drain pasta mixture. Add to cheese sauce; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining Parmesan. Cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.
