1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
15 Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • Chop artichokes.
  • Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz Crackers. Spread in shallow oven safe dish (I use an 8x12 dish).
  • Rough chop the Ritz Crackers (not crumbs) and spread on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot or room temperature with crackers.
