Cheesy Artichoke Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package Lipton Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients and pour into an 8x8 pan.
  • Top with reserved mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
  • May finish under broiler to brown the top.
